BUSINESS LAWYER · TRANSACTIONS · TECHNOLOGY

Business lawyer.
For decisions that matter.

Years of Head of Legal experience, legal support for more than 100 startups, and projects across 10+ jurisdictions. I advise boards, founders and investors on transactions, regulation, contracts and disputes — from decision to delivery.

SCROLL

Business lawyer. Leader. Board partner.

I bring years of experience as Head of Legal & Compliance and as a business lawyer working directly with boards, founders and investors. I build legal functions, workflows and operating standards while remaining close to contracts, transactions, products, regulation and disputes. My perspective connects technology and innovation with industry, infrastructure, public procurement, media and commercial litigation.

I do not stop at identifying risk. I structure the options, recommend a course of action and help carry it through.

Two ways of working together

They differ not in subject matter, but in how much responsibility I carry.

External Head of Legal — ownership of the legal function, without building a department.

For companies whose scale needs more than occasional advice but does not yet justify a full-time head of legal. I take responsibility for legal as a whole: identifying and prioritising risk, negotiating the agreements that matter, corporate governance, supervising disputes and specialist counsel, implementing policies and reporting to the board. I work directly with the management board, the CFO or the group's legal team — the way an in-house lawyer does.

External legal partner — ongoing or project-based support for day-to-day business.

For companies whose legal support is already in place and who need something specific: a transaction, an agreement, a regulatory question, a dispute, or entry into a new market. Scope is agreed at the start — from standing cooperation in selected areas to a single project with a defined beginning and end.

From strategy to execution

A scope built on real business accountability — not a catalogue of unrelated services.

Law as a business operating system

01

Understand the decision

Start with the business objective, stakeholders, numbers and constraints. Then design the legal structure.

02

Choose a direction

A concise map of options, risk and consequences. A recommendation instead of pages of ‘it depends’.

03

Deliver implementation

Documents, negotiation, communication and process. The solution must work outside the legal team too.

The best legal advice does not end the conversation. It enables a better decision.

Ideas reshaping legal work today

01

Legal AI without losing confidentiality

Speed cannot come at the cost of professional secrecy, data control or decision quality.

02

Compliance that helps people act

Good procedures do not multiply signatures. They turn risk into clear operating rules and escalation paths.

03

General Counsel as a strategy co-author

A modern legal function should see the business model before the problem and speak the board’s language.

Let’s talk about what needs to happen next.

Do you need ongoing legal support for your business, counsel for a specific project, or a senior lawyer to take ownership of a defined legal area? No formal brief is needed — context and the desired outcome are enough.
